Shipping & Returns

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Options & Costs

We currently ship within the UK. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Typical delivery time after dispatch: 3–5 working days.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or factors outside our control (e.g. strikes, weather, etc.).
 

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

We hope you love your Earth&Gold products. However, if you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery — as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

How to request a return

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@earthandgold.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
   

We will assess the claim and respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank provider.

We do not accept returns on used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. Lost parcels will be re-sent or refunded on a case-by-case basis.
